About the Role
A Snapshot of Your Day
You start your day collaborating closely with colleagues in our Center of Expertise for SAP, aligning on current activities within the S/4HANA Service Module. Your routine includes working on evolving service processes, participating in design or testing sessions, and coordinating with integration partners across the Siemens Energy system landscape. You support ongoing enhancements, contribute to rollout preparation, and help shape our digital core while navigating a dynamic service business environment.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Design and implementation of end‑to‑end service processes in SAP S/4HANA
- Development of interfaces to connected systems such as Salesforce or Teamcenter
- Creation of process documentation, test scripts, demos, and authorization concepts
- Support for migration activities and release upgrades within the S/4HANA program
- Coordination of integration topics and alignment with other SAP modules and stakeholders
- Continuous improvement and governance of the service process template
What You Bring
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Systems or equivalent professional experience
- Several years of experience in business process design within solution or engineer‑to‑order environments
- Expert knowledge of the SAP S/4HANA Service Module, including configuration and basic ABAP reading skills
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities with a focus on using standard solutions
- Reliable, motivated mindset with strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Language skills in English; German beneficial

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
