A Snapshot of Your Day

Are you someone who enjoys finding solutions, building relationships, and creating real value for customers? We’re looking for a Sales Manager to join our team based in Finspång, Sweden.

In this role, you’ll work closely with regional sales teams to drive business within our Medium Size Gas Turbine Service segment, supporting customers across the Middle East, Africa, Latin America, and North America.

Your day-to-day work is flexible and self-driven: you plan your activities, collaborate across teams, and engage with customers in a way that creates long-term value. While our base is in Finspång, we offer hybrid ways of working, making it possible to combine on-site presence with remote work depending on what fits the task and your situation.

You’ll be part of a team where initiative, curiosity, and a service-oriented mindset are key. Whether it’s navigating commercial discussions, coordinating technical aspects, or strengthening customer partnerships, your ability to move things forward and make things happen will be what truly matters.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Quote, forecast, negotiate, and close service orders in collaboration with regional sales teams.
  • Build and develop relationships with customers and regional partners
  • Balance commercial risks and coordinate any technical issues as well as to handle the operative/strategic maintenance outage planning for your engines.
  • Be an active contributor to the continuous development of departmental processes, tools, and products.
  • Travel, around 3-5 times per year, to meet with regional representatives and customers to strengthen relationships and understand their operations.

What You Bring

  • We believe you’re someone who thrives in a role where both people and technology matter. You’re curious, proactive, and enjoy working towards solutions together with others.
  • You have experience from sales or customer-facing roles, combined with a good technical understanding
  • A strong customer focus and a business approach, with the ability to communicate the value proposition of our service offerings.
  • Proven negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and preferably Swedish, with a degree or relevant work experience.
  • Familiarity with systems such as SAP and Salesforce is a plus.

About the Team

You will be part of a diverse team, currently consisting of 11 colleagues. We work closely with the sales teams in the regions, but also internally towards other diciplines, together ensuring great service and customer satisfaction. We are now looking for our next colleague to join us on this exciting journey, and we truly look forward to getting to know you!

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.

We can offer you employment benefits such as: reduction of working hours, advance vacation, health care allowance and an eventual possibility to a flexible working place.
