Imagine stepping into a dynamic role where your expertise in troubleshooting takes center stage. As an Offshore Troubleshooter, you’ll join a vibrant team of technicians, working on a 14-day rotation from the port of Eemshaven to the SOV-operated windfarm. Your day will be filled with hands-on challenges, from scheduled maintenance to complex troubleshooting on our turbines. With on-the-job training, you’ll quickly progress to leading a team, ensuring our operations run smoothly. How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Perform scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting on wind turbines, ensuring peak performance.
  • Work on electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, adhering to Siemens Gamesa’s EHS and quality standards.
  • Lead a team of troubleshooters and technicians after comprehensive training.
  • Provide accurate reporting and utilize electronic workflow systems for efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team in a 14-day rotation, transferring to turbines via CTV and walk-to-work systems.

What You Bring

  • You have an electrical education on MBO-4 (EQF-4) level or higher.
  • Completion of necessary Siemens Geared platform trainings, including NEN-3140 VP certification.
  • Experience working at sea and in rotation schedules.
  • Proven skills in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems; network or telecommunication experience is a plus.
  • Flexibility, analytical skills, and proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Residency in the Netherlands or willingness to relocate within 3 months.
