Join the PLM360 transformation and become the go-to expert for our Modernizations & Upgrades (Mods & Ups) team. You’ll dive into requirement discussions, map real-world workflows into digital processes, and test innovative solutions that shape how we manage product data.

As you help colleagues adopt our new cloud-based platform, you’ll ensure accurate information flows seamlessly across engineering, manufacturing, service, and phase-out. After go-live, you’ll lead ongoing support, drive workflow improvements, and play a key role in evolving PLM360 to deliver technical excellence for both internal and external customers.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Strengthen daily execution in Mods & Ups by securing reliable product and component data
  • Translate real Mods & Ups workflows into effective PLM360 processes
  • Improve documentation handling for critical components and upgrades
  • Support teams across Mods & Ups in adopting and navigating the new system
  • Drive continuous improvement of data quality and digital ways of working
  • Act as a core resource in the PLM360 project team during implementation
  • Support requirement gathering, process mapping, and solution design
  • Participate in testing, validation, and user acceptance activities
  • Translating business needs into sustainable digital workflows
  • Serve as Key User after go live and provide ongoing support and training

What You Bring

  • You have a genuine interest in improving how Mods & Ups works with product data
  • You understand both technical and end-to-end upgrade processes
  • You bring strong collaboration skills and confidence working across functions
  • You are curious and proactive in learning new systems
  • You approach tasks with structure and drive to improve digital workflows
  • Experience with PLM systems is a plus, but not required

About the Team

You’ll join a dedicated group responsible for maintaining high-quality technical information, structures, and data flows for gas turbine auxiliary systems. The team’s mission spans the entire value chain, from new gas turbine deliveries to ongoing service. Your colleagues are experienced, highly engaged, and committed to continuous development and quality. Together, you’ll drive improvements that create real value for the company and our external customers.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
