A Snapshot of Your Day

Responsible for activities to planning, developing, and managing commercial Real Estate activities include negotiating leases, acquiring property, disposing of access property, liability contract and building development projects. Roles pertaining to retail store development, Real Estate asset and investment management, and land management are included. Provide operational and strategic support to the Head of Asses Management, ensuring excellence in the daily management of properties, efficient coordination of services and compliance with regional objectives aligned with Siemens Energy's global guidelines.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Strategic Leadership & Alignment: Execute and continuously align property management and real estate strategies (FMS & maintenance) with Siemens Energy’s global objectives, ensuring optimal operational performance and regional business alignment.
  • Operational Excellence & Maintenance: Define and implement maintenance strategies that protect asset value and ensure functionality, overseeing repairs, upgrades, and cost control across maintenance, construction, and fit-out projects.
  • Financial & Supplier Management: Manage regional budgets and cost efficiency initiatives while selecting, commissioning, and overseeing facility service providers, ensuring SLA compliance and driving supplier performance and development.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with business units and local users, ensuring alignment with company goals and addressing needs through effective and proactive communication.
  • Compliance, Data & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to EHS, legal, and internal standards while maintaining data integrity and ownership of reporting processes; identify and mitigate operational risks and support emergency management.
  • Team Leadership, Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Lead and develop the property management team while driving process improvements, digitalization, sustainability initiatives, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

What You Bring

  • Must possess a personality that gives clients a feeling of trust and comfort, with a very professional attitude.
  • Knowledge and understanding of other cultures.
  • Realizes the extent of authority and limitations necessary to successfully complete projects.
  • Able to make decisions and function in remote areas with minimal guidance.
  • Must be flexible and able to adapt to a constantly changing work environment.
  • University degree in Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. Specialized training in Facility Management or real estate management will be valued.
  • More than 7 years of experience in corporate property management, facility management, or similar roles.
  • Advanced English (minimum B2), both written and spoken.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, SAP, AI tools, data analysis, and real estate management tools is desirable (FMS, One PM, Project, etc.).
  • Ability to work in multicultural and multidisciplinary teams, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
  • Flexibility to travel approximately 80%.
