About the Role
- Lead the development and integration of digital twins for major construction projects, ensuring alignment with design, engineering, sustainability, and facility management requirements
- Create and maintain digital twin data models covering geometry, asset data, performance metrics, and operational parameters across the full project lifecycle
- Establish digital twin standards, governance, workflows, and readiness criteria to ensure interoperability and consistent global adoption
- Structure and manage building and project data to support decision-making, enabling digital approaches from early concept through execution and translating business and user needs into design inputs
- Drive cross-functional integration of BIM, IoT, GIS, and other data sources, defining principles for effective data use and reuse while ensuring digital twin readiness
- Develop advanced capabilities such as real-time monitoring, predictive analytics, simulations, and digital handover processes to support construction, commissioning, and long-term operations
- Long-term experience in BIM, digital engineering, or digital twin development, ideally within construction, industrial facilities, or corporate real estate
- Strong understanding of building lifecycle data across design, construction, commissioning, and operations
- Proficiency with BIM and digital twin platforms (e.g. Revit, Navisworks, Bentley iTwin, Siemens NX) and interoperable technologies
- Experience integrating IoT, sensor networks, and building systems data (e.g. BMS, EMS) into digital models, combined with knowledge of data governance, visualization, and simulation methods
- Ability to work effectively in multinational, cross-functional teams with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant academic background (e.g. digital engineering, architecture, construction, data science), advanced English skills, willingness to travel, and ideally experience with analytics, cloud integration, or automation workflows
