You will lead Onshore Field Service operations across your sub-region, ensuring the effective execution of service projects by aligning people, capabilities, and demand. As Field Service Team Lead you will collaborate closely with global and regional stakeholders, manage workforce planning, and drive performance across safety, quality, and delivery while continuously developing your team and optimizing resources.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Lead and optimize regional Field Service operations, including headcount planning, workforce allocation, and setup for both planned and unplanned outages across multiple countries
- Drive recruitment, localization strategy, and resource optimization, balancing regional teams with PCC support while ensuring long-term capability development
- Build and maintain strong collaboration with PCCs, Project Management, and regional Field Service Managers to ensure aligned and efficient project execution
- Develop and coach Field Service teams through cross-training, certification tracking, and training programs, fostering high engagement, retention, and performance
- Ensure operational excellence by meeting utilization, timeline, and quality targets, while maintaining full compliance with EHS standards and legal requirements at customer sites
- Lead continuous improvement and digitalization efforts, including tooling center management and adoption of systems such as Primavera, SAP FSM / SF FS Lightning, Polaris, OnePM, and CPQ
What You Bring
- 5+ years of Field Service experience, ideally with hands-on technical expertise in mechanical or electrical environments
- Proven leadership experience managing teams of 5+ people, with strong coaching and people development skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across regional and global organizational levels
- Solid understanding of project management, turnkey project setups, and implementation concepts
- Analytical mindset with experience in workforce planning, resource optimization, and operational efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) and fluent English skills
