To ensure a seamless ERP transformation, this role focuses on three core areas: direct involvement in the S/4HANA rollout and project management, detailed business requirements and process optimization, and the technical management of associated tools and interfaces. This structure ensures the position covers the strategic, tactical, and operational demands of the transformation project. Given the focus on ERP implementation within a procurement context, the ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in procurement and logistics, combined with a proven track record in large-scale ERP transformation projects, specifically with SAP S/4HANA. Expertise in process analysis, requirements engineering, and stakeholder management in a global setting is essential for success.

  • Manage the end-to-end requirements lifecycle by creating, documenting, and tracking Change Requests (CRs) and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
  • Analyze, design, and automate business processes to drive standardization, harmonization, and continuous improvement within the ERP landscape.
  • Act as a key liaison between business departments and IT to translate functional needs into technical specifications; Support testing phases (FIT/ITC/UAT), cutover planning, and hypercare support post go-live.
  • Assume responsibility for current ERP tool and interface landscape, including Servcon Easy, EPDH, and KANLOG and future S/4HANA; Manage and ensure the stability of key data interfaces (e.g., TTL1/TTL2, EPDH, KSP), ensuring master data availability; Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ERP systems, data flows, and integrations in collaboration with technical teams.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional experience in Procurement, Logistics, and project-based business environments.
  • Proven track record in managing or participating in large-scale ERP transformation projects, specifically with SAP S/4HANA.
