This ensures the role not only delivers high-quality technical work but also manages project execution and contributes to commercial growth. Given the focus on expert-level technical consulting, the ideal candidate will possess an advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, over 8 years of experience in power system analysis, and proven expertise in simulation tools like PSS/E and PSCAD. Strong project leadership and client-facing communication skills are essential to succeed in this role.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead end‑to‑end consulting engagements by defining scope, managing multidisciplinary project teams, establishing operational plans, and communicating progress, findings, and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and coach diverse technical teams in a multicultural environment to ensure high‑quality project execution aligned with client objectives.
  • Perform and oversee advanced power system studies, including load flow, dynamic and voltage stability, short‑circuit, and protection coordination analyses.
  • Conduct grid interconnection and integration studies for large‑scale renewable and conventional generation, energy storage, and industrial loads, including modeling HVDC, FACTS, and other power‑electronics‑based systems.
  • Analyze complex electrical phenomena such as harmonic distortion, transient overvoltages (TRV), and inrush currents using specialized high‑fidelity simulation tools.
  • Engage directly with clients to understand challenges, propose tailored technical and commercial solutions, lead proposal development, identify risks and mitigation strategies, and support business development through strong relationship building.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master’s or Ph.D. is preferred. Must be
