- Lead Digital Core’s IT process governance and ensure that relevant processes are implemented consistently across the organization.
- Champion process excellence by coaching process owners, improving end to end workflows, and building a stronger culture of continuous improvement.
- Advance role clarity across Digital Core by strengthening the central role catalog and helping define responsibilities and separation of duties.
- Own or steer key control topics including enterprise risk management, business continuity management, IT assurance, and IT compliance.
- Lead transformation work that turns governance into practice, including IT process governance, documentation and information management in SharePoint and BIC, process communities, and scalable IT Service Management onboarding
- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Operations Management, or a related field
- Proven leadership experience in process excellence, IT governance, business transformation, or operational excellence in a complex corporate environment
- Expertise in IT governance, process management, continuous improvement, risk management, compliance, assurance, business continuity, and role clarity
- Demonstrated ability to build and improve governance frameworks, standards, and ways of working increase clarity, strengthen execution, and improve organizational performance
- Strong track record in translating complexity into practical and scalable operating models, while combining strategic thinking with hands on execution to deliver measurable results
