A Snapshot of your day

Your day involves ensuring installations align with contractual requirements and Siemens Energy’s high standards. You will actively guide the local installation contractor, offering technical support, oversight, and on-site leadership throughout the installation process.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Support customers and local installation contractors on site
• Ensure compliance with installation processes, standards, and safety requirements
• Perform inspections and approve completed mechanical installations
• Prepare systems for handover to the commissioning team
• Coordinate with the customer and internal project stakeholders

What You Bring

• Proven experience in mechanical installation roles such as fitter, mechanic, or service technician, with a background in industries like construction, energy, or power generation being an advantage.
• Strong practical knowledge of mechanical systems, installation processes, and a commitment to upholding health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented, with the ability to effectively identify and resolve on-site issues.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively within teams, especially in international and multicultural environments.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written), with additional language skills considered a plus.

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
