About the Role
What You Can Expect
Over two exciting years, you’ll gain hands-on experiences and become an active part of your team’s daily activities. Through impactful projects in three customized assignments - including an eight-month international placement - you’ll gain a deep understanding of Siemens Energy. A dedicated mentor will support you every step of the way, giving you the chance to explore different roles, engage in immersive experiences, and build a strong network with peers and industry leaders.
As part of the Operational Excellence team, you will support and drive strategic and operational initiatives that enhance productivity, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and deliver measurable waste reduction.
How You’ll Make an Impact
As part of our Graduate Program, you are on the Siemens Energy team. You’ll share our purpose in energizing society by supporting customers with transitioning to a more sustainable world and work on real global issues, creating solutions that directly make an impact.
- Drive strategic and operational excellence initiatives as an internal project manager, supporting priority topics across the organization and translating strategy into execution
- Support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives by contributing to value stream mappings, identifying inefficiencies, and helping teams implement concrete improvement measures
- Prepare and facilitate workshops, working sessions, or project meetings to structure complex topics, align stakeholders and enable collaborative, action-oriented outcomes
- Support the development of concepts, frameworks or pilots in areas such as productivity, ways of working and continuous improvement culture
What You Bring
- Strong interest in operational excellence, organizational development, lean and transformation topics
- Relevant experience through internships and/or working student roles is essential; additional permanent work experience of up to 36 months is welcome
- A master's or doctoral degree in engineering, business administration or a related field
- Minimum of 3 months of international experience gained through studying or working
- Excellent English skills to engage in a multicultural environment, with flexibility and willingness for international travel
