• Lead strategic supplier management for blue-collar subcontractors
• Negotiate intricate contracts for installation frameworks
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for major offshore projects
• Develop expertise in subcontractor management to become a key resource for project teams
What You Bring
To be successful here, you’ll likely bring most of the following:
• A Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in a relevant field
• Experience in subcontractor oversight or a willingness to learn is desired. We seek an individual with enthusiasm, flexibility, and a dedication to ethical practices.
• A commercial mind and exhibit technical flair
• Strong negotiation skills or the confidence and drive to develop them
• A commercial approach with a touch of technical flair
• A natural ability to build trust and communicate clearly with collaborators
• Comfortable working across different IT systems and collaborating in remote team setups
• Able to make sound decisions independently and handle pressure in peak periods
• Flexible on work location and working hours when needed
• And most importantly: a deep love for renewable energy and a drive to effect real change
