A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Global Mobility Services Consultant, you will be instrumental in handling the increased volume and complexity of international assignments. To effectively manage this insourced responsibility, the role is structured around three core areas: end-to-end management of the assignment lifecycle, comprehensive stakeholder and vendor coordination, and rigorous compliance and data administration. This focus ensures a seamless, compliant, and high-quality experience for employees undertaking international assignments, directly supporting the operational excellence of the Global Mobility function.
How You’ll Make an Impact

- Prepare and manage all necessary assignment-related documentation, including letters of assignment, cost estimates, and visa applications.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, including HR Business Partners, line managers, and tax departments, to ensure alignment and support for international assignments.

- Facilitate communication and collaboration between assignees, internal teams, and external partners to manage complex scenarios effectively.
- Ensure all international assignments are compliant with company policies, as well as home and host country legal, tax, and social security regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date assignment data within the global mobility technology platform and HRIS (e.g., Workday).
- Support financial processes by providing accurate data for reporting, invoicing, and cost tracking related to international assignments.
