Imagine starting your day as a Data Communication Specialist, where your role is not just about managing projects but also about being the communication bridge that connects all stakeholders. Your role is crucial in driving change and fostering collaboration, as you oversee delivery timelines, budget adherence, and quality standards. Your deep understanding of the purchasing process and project management allows you to navigate complexities with ease, ensuring every element is harmonized like a well-conducted symphony.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Provide daily support to program and project teams, focusing on effective communication and change management.
- Manage project assets, ensuring documentation is current and communication channels are open and effective.
- Pro-actively do change management regarding our products and events.
- Draft and review project progress reports, manage risks, issues, actions, dependencies, and financial controls, with a focus on clear communication.
- Support the team with event planning and promoting existing products.
- Build and facilitate strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and value-driven project delivery, emphasizing communication and collaboration.
What You Bring
- Strong customer focus, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to navigate global, multicultural environments and drive change effectively.
- Passionate about data and analytics, driving value across organizations, with excellent English communication skills, ensuring clarity and engagement.
- Expertise in portfolio and project management methodologies across waterfall, lean, and agile environments, with a strong emphasis on communication and change management.
- Solid experience establishing project management frameworks in large, complex, global organizations, fostering a culture of open communication and adaptability.
- Proficient in project management and collaboration software, such as Smartsheet, MS Project, JIRA and Office 365, using these tools to enhance communication and collaboration.
- Demonstrates leadership and coaching skills, fostering collaboration, communication, and talent development in diverse teams.
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
