You’ll be at the center of creating a safe, high performing workplace, partnering across Quality, EHS, Security, Facilities, and IT to drive right-first-time execution on site and in the field. Working with teams across North America and key facility partners, you’ll ensure QEHS compliance, operational excellence, and smarter, more efficient ways of working every day.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Ensure QEHS compliance while reducing risk and protecting the business.
- Drive right-first-time execution by eliminating waste and streamlining processes.
- Lead continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, and best practice execution.
- Partner cross-functionally across sites, teams, and regions to deliver results.
- Develop and empower teams to “own” quality and performance outcomes.
- Identify and prevent risk early, resolve issues quick and build risk awareness.
- Strengthen field and facility performance to ensure reliability and customer satisfaction.
What You Bring
Required
- BS Engineering or science-based degree, or equivalent relevant experience
- 5–10 years of quality related experience in an industrial environment
- Working within ISO environments
- Building systems and associated operational processes
- Conducting internal and supplier audits as a tool to drive continuous quality improvement
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Utilizing tools like FMEA, Ishikawa (Fishbone), 5Why, Lean and related methodologies
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the US without the need for current or future employer sponsored work authorization.
Preferred
- Formal quality certifications like CQE and/or CQA
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
