A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Contract Manager you will support commercial contracts for the sale of services and equipment for Siemens Energy’s Distributed Generation businesses, throughout the Americas. The selected individual will perform a full range of contractual services during the entire contractual life cycle.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Drafting, reviewing, analyzing, modifying and negotiating contracts and contract modifications.
    • Contractual risk analysis.
  • Performing as a member of a multi-disciplined negotiation team.
    • Supporting internal contractual reviews and management approvals.
    • Conducting trainings for business partners.
  • Contracts support for matters in execution, including changes and the resolution of disputes.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering. Advanced degree in Business or Law preferred but not required.
  • 5+ years’ of directly relevant experience in commercial contracting in complex matters and/or claims handling for large complex projects.
  • Fluency in English required. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.

Gas Services

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
