A Snapshot of Your Day
Join us as the Product Manager (m/f/d) Overheadline Monitoring Digitalization, where you will lead the charge in developing innovative digital products that enhance overhead line operations, analytics, and asset management—including the optimization of asset management capacity. Imagine collaborating with engineering, data, software, and business teams to set a transformative digital roadmap focused on analytics, IoT, predictive maintenance, digital twins, and maximizing asset utilization. You will play a pivotal role in improving reliability, safety, and efficiency across power networks, ensuring that our energy systems are resilient and prepared for the future.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for overhead line digitalization initiatives, prioritizing features based on value and impact.
- Collaborate with transmission engineers and field experts to translate operational challenges into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital solutions, from design and development to testing and deployment, in Agile environments.
- Drive the enhancement of digital tools, including line analytics platforms, real-time monitoring systems, and extreme weather event management solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, communicating product progress and conducting training sessions to ensure successful adoption.
What You Bring
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of product management experience in utilities, energy, or grid digitalization, with a strong understanding of overhead line systems.
- Proficiency in digital technologies such as IoT sensors, geospatial systems, and ML/AI analytics, coupled with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and user-centered product development.
- Experience with digital twin technologies or grid monitoring platforms is a plus.
