Your day will be filled with managing specialized bids for offshore wind Substation Automation Systems (SAS), collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring local talent. How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead the development of global electrical engineering proposals, focusing on systems like protection and exciters.
- Manage specialized bids for offshore wind Substation Automation Systems (SAS), ensuring technical and commercial excellence.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and business management teams to craft winning pre-sales contract strategies.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing, aligning with business objectives while mitigating risks.
- Mentor junior team members, enhancing bid management processes and increasing efficiency.
What You Bring
- A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Extensive experience (8+ years) in bid management, proposal development, or technical project management within the energy or electrical engineering sector.
- APMP and PMP certifications, showcasing your expertise in proposal and project management.
- Strong skills in negotiation, technical writing, and process improvement.
- Advanced proficiency in SAP applications and customer relationship management.

Our Gas Services division offers low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. We provide zero or low emission power generation and manage all gas turbines under one roof, including steam turbines and generators. We offer decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet. The Electrical Integrated Solutions team is dedicated to driving innovation and excellence in electrical engineering proposals. Our mission is to support Siemens Energy’s growth in global and offshore markets by leveraging specialized expertise and fostering team cohesion. We focus on high-value, technically complex sales opportunities, ensuring our proposals are competitive and impactful.
