- Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary, international equipment organization, fostering a performance- and safety-driven culture
- Strengthen collaboration with main stakeholders (internal and external) such as Offshore Execution projects and package teams, Engineering, COG / Operations, Supply Chain, and HSE, External partners, suppliers, and certifying bodies
- Drive cross-functional alignment to reduce execution risk and improve productivity. Promote a culture of ownership, empowerment, transparency and “speak up.”
- Support your team members in optimizing operational performance while keep the focus on setting the equipment roadmap for offshore execution, including standardization, lifecycle management, and capability development
- Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and regulatory requirements for offshore equipment. Ensure safe, timely, and cost-efficient availability of execution equipment across offshore projects. Oversee equipment planning, mobilization, utilization, and demobilization in close cooperation with Project Management, Marine Operations, Construction, and Engineering
- Build organizational capabilities, succession pipelines, and competence development within the Equipment function
- Several years of relevant senior leadership experience in engineering operations management in Offshore Wind, Heavy Industry, or complex project-based operations
- Strong background in offshore execution, operations, equipment management, or large-scale installations
- Excellent leadership skills foster the Siemens Energy leadership essentials, with a passion for leading, developing, and motivating teams. Proven experience leading large and international teams
- Strong commercial and operational mindset, with experience in budgeting, strategic planning, and process improvement within the energy sector. Ability to operate effectively in a matrix and multi-stakeholder environment
- Excellent communication skills alongside intercultural sensitivity and competence
- High motivation to work collaboratively in a global environment. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively; and solid understanding of matrix organizations, including multiple reporting lines and team structures
