How You’ll Make an Impact
- Strategic Sales & Business Development
The role focuses on defining and executing a global sales strategy for a new systems portfolio, building a strong pipeline, and closing complex, high-value deals with strategic customers across multiple energy segments. It also involves close collaboration with product and engineering teams to shape future offerings, while managing pricing and commercial models in alignment with regional stakeholders.
- Team Leadership & Performance Management
This role is responsible for building and leading a high-performing system sales team, setting clear targets, budgets, and forecasts while tracking performance through KPIs. It also focuses on establishing and continuously improving sales processes and policies to ensure efficient and effective operations for the new systems business.
- Customer & Market Engagement
This responsibility centers on building and nurturing long-term relationships with key decision-makers at strategic global accounts while continuously analyzing market trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine the sales approach. It also includes representing the company at industry events to promote the new system portfolio and strengthen brand visibility.
What You Bring
- Educational background in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical or commercial field.
- 8-12+ years of B2B sales experience with complex technical systems, ideally in energy, data centers, or e-mobility.
- You have a proven track record in sales leadership, including building and developing high-performing teams.
- You are skilled in sales strategy, negotiation, market research, and pricing for technical solutions.
- You are ready to travel globally as needed to engage with customers and represent Siemens Energy.
