Imagine stepping into a role where you are the driving force behind ensuring the highest quality of purchased parts at Siemens Energy. You will engage with suppliers daily, leading negotiations on quality topics and managing supplier quality issues to meet our high standards. Your day will be filled with opportunities to innovate and optimize Supplier Quality Development (SQD) processes, ensuring that all purchased components and materials meet our specifications and commercial expectations. By fostering continuous development of our supply base, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the quality of our products.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead supplier negotiations to address and resolve quality issues effectively.
  • Manage digitalization projects to enhance supplier quality processes.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure purchased parts meet technical specifications and commercial expectations.
  • Support the transfer and qualification of new products to the Budapest site.
  • Develop robust measures and processes to maintain high-quality standards for purchased goods.

What You Bring

  • Over 5 years of experience in Supplier Quality Development or quality management.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving tools such as 5 Why, FMEA, 8D, and RCA.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise with international suppliers.
  • Advanced Hungarian and English proficiency. German is a plus.
  • Experience with SAP Q module.
  • Ability to manage projects and processes with a strategic and innovative mindset.
