A snapshot of your day

As a Site Manager, you will guide a skilled team of field service professionals and oversee all on‑site technical activities across our wind energy projects. You’ll play a central role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and high‑quality installation, commissioning, testing, and maintenance of our equipment.

This position blends hands‑on technical expertise with strong leadership. You’ll provide clear direction, support your team in resolving complex technical challenges, and act as a trusted advisor for both colleagues and customers. Your ability to diagnose issues, deliver tier‑two technical support, and drive continuous improvement will be key to achieving project success.

You will also be the primary on‑site contact for our customers, building strong relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring they feel confident in the solutions we deliver. By fostering collaboration, maintaining high standards, and championing operational excellence, you will help strengthen our reputation and contribute to the long‑term success of our wind energy portfolio.

How you’ll make an Impact

Team Leadership and Management

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of field service engineers, setting clear expectations and goals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and encourage ongoing professional development.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures.

On‑Site Technical Operations

  • Oversee the maintenance and repairs of the wind turbine equipment and related systems.
  • Identify and resolve complex technical issues impacting operations.
  • Provide tier‑two technical support and troubleshoot implementation challenges to keep projects on track.

Customer and Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and future collaboration.
  • Serve as the primary technical advisor, assessing needs and recommending upgrades or improvements.
  • Deliver training to customer teams on equipment features, operation, and maintenance.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or demonstrable experience in a technical or operational environment.
