A Snapshot of Your Day
- Lead end-to-end tendering and contracting activities for Cranes suppliers.
- Identify sourcing strategies that align with project requirements, budget, and regional market dynamics.
- Negotiate commercial and legal terms to secure the most competitive and compliant agreements.
- Collaborate with SQD and Operations teams to ensure supplier qualification and onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with Siemens Energy procurement policies, local regulations, and sourcing board approvals.
- Foster continuous improvement through supplier performance evaluation and feedback mechanisms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- 3–5 years preferred of experience in procurement, sourcing, or contract management within industrial, energy, or construction environments.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to balance commercial and operational priorities.
- Proficiency in SAP, Ariba, and MS Office tools
- Effective communication and presentation skills in English (Spanish is a plus)
- A proactive and analytical mindset with a high sense of ownership and integrity
