- Drive high‑quality performance controlling by preparing, consolidating, and reviewing financial data across forecasting, budgeting, and monthly closing to ensure transparency and consistency for the Solutions business.
- Analyze key financial drivers for complex Gas Services Solutions projects and deliver clear financial reports, including deviation analyses and meaningful performance conclusions.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Business Controlling (SO & GS level), Project Controlling, Project Execution, and SO Mgmt. to ensure aligned assumptions, transparent data flows, and accurate reporting.
- Develop clear and compelling storylines for management by interpreting financial implications, identifying risks and opportunities, and translating analyses into actionable insights.
- Contribute to digitalization and continuous improvement by enhancing controlling tools, strengthening data structures, and identifying automation opportunities to increase analytical efficiency.
- MBA and/or University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Long-term experience in Performance Controlling, Business Controlling, or financial roles within project business, ideally in a complex international environment.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret financial results and understand key operational and financial drivers.
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel; experience with EPM+ and Dash applications required, Alteryx knowledge is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex information and work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Business fluency in English; German is an advantage, combined with a proactive mindset, ownership mentality, and interest in driving process and digital improvements.
