A Snapshot of Your Day
As Storekeeper you will be responsible for the store Infrastructure, for the spares inventory and an extensive scope of special tools. With your work you will directly contribute to the plant availability and customer satisfaction.
How You’ll Make an Impact
•You build up and maintain the stores’ infrastructure, develop the store organization and numbering system.
•Prepare and establish the store administration procedures in accordance with company policies, prepare monthly store reports.
•Keep the minimum stock level of all store items, ensure the availability and trackability of all items.
•Check the parts quality and quantity during delivery, check the compliance of the deliveries with the corresponding order and clarify all related issues with the suppliers and the maintenance department.
•Maintain spare part management system, ensure that all data are available and correct.
•Perform regular stores inventory checks and prepare the corresponding report.
•Take care and preserve the spare parts properly, make sure that all parts and special tools are adequately stored and in good condition when used.
•Provide spare parts and issue the parts upon request.
•Furthermore, support purchasing consumables and spare parts from local and foreign suppliers, obtain quotations and maintain the minimum stock level of all store items.
•Ensure own safety and safety of others by strictly complying with plant safety regulations.
•Collaborate with the entire power plant team to continuously improve the plant.
•During the construction period of the plant, you will be integrated into the installation and commissioning team and support the activities.
What You Bring
• The foundation of your successful work is a degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• You possess working experience with focus on stores management and some experience in purchasing.
• Good written and spoken in English and Mandarin language.
• You share same values and are caring, agile, respectful and accountable.
