A Snapshot of Your Day
Junior Commercial Project Officer Perform a variety of financial activities in accordance with accounting principles and standards to control the organization's financial resources and ensure that it complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and reporting requirements.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Business Administration:
- Support bidding activities such as prepare commercial deviation of contract. Offer price check (project cost, profit, etc.)
- Get lawyer's consultation for special terms in contract. Get Tax officer consultation for export business and onshore service etc.
- Apply for price and/or contract terms approval before bidding if necessary.
- Take part in monthly forecast of Order Intake.
Commercial Project Management:
- SAP Operation: Order Intake, Billing, Delivery Note, etc. Change order and customer claim management.
- Project cost review on monthly basis regarding the deviations between Offer Phase /Order Entry / Revenue Recognition.
- Coordinate with PM to identify and control project potential risk as well as their impact.
- Submit and track risk reports accordingly.
- Take part in monthly forecast: Revenue, Profit, Cash Flow.
- Payment collection of projects.
AI & Digitalization:
- Support FIN AI & Digitalization use cases.
What You Bring
- Professional working experience in commercial project management or business controlling will be a plus
- Bachelor and above in Finance, Contract Law, international trade or other related, with solid practical knowledge
- SAP experience in SD,CO and FI models will be a plus.
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- English can be working language is preferred
- Digital skills e.g. Power BI, SQL or Experience in AI application is preferred
