A Snapshot of Your Day
Imagine starting your day by creating purchasing requests for services and indirect supplies, ensuring smooth operations. You’ll manage time sheets, recording working hours and absences, and generate utilization tables and overtime reports. Your role will also involve supporting the team with travel bookings, visa applications, and creating expense reports. You’ll maintain communication with suppliers, service providers, and internal departments, and support the organization of internal gatherings and corporate events. Your day is dynamic, filled with opportunities to make a real impact both locally and globally.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- You will create and manage purchasing requests for services and indirect supplies.
- Record working hours and absences, and generate utilization tables and overtime reports.
- Support travel bookings, visa applications, and create expense reports.
- Maintain communication with suppliers, service providers, and internal departments.
- Organize internal gatherings, workshops, and corporate events locally and globally.
- Create, update and maintain documentations, training certificates, reports.
- Provide ad-hoc support to the Teams – globally and locally.
What You Bring
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and other organizational tools.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive attitude with strong organizational skills and an analytical mindset.
