About the Role
A Snapshot of Your Day
The Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing financial operations within SAP, including purchase order management, order and margin control, and KPI planning. The role supports tender and contract preparation, ensures compliant and timely invoicing in line with Bulgarian legislation, and provides financial support to technical teams through expense control and tendering activities.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Place and manage purchase orders in the SAP system for business activities and indirect materials, ensuring follow-up and control of processed orders.
- Monitor and control new orders, sales, margins, and profits within the SAP system.
- Plan and control key performance indicators (KPIs) for your business area.
- Assist in tender preparation, including contract preparation and coordination.
- Handle invoicing in compliance with internal rules and Bulgarian legislation, ensuring timely and accurate document transmission to customers.
- Support technical colleagues with expense report control and the tendering process.
What You Bring
- Completed university degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in controlling, order management, or business administration.
- Necessary proficiency in SAP, showcasing your technical expertise.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive, hands-on approach.
