Join Siemens Energy as the Head of Project Management and lead our Americas team of Project Directors and Construction Managers. In this strategic role, you will drive the successful delivery of large-scale industrial building projects and major offices, from initial planning through final handover. How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead and develop the Americas Project Management organization, guiding a team of Project Directors and Construction Managers to deliver complex industrial construction projects with consistency, operational excellence, and world-class safety and quality standards.
  • Oversee the successful execution of large-scale capital projects, including production facilities, logistics centers, and major office developments, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, sustainability, and performance targets.
  • Establish and drive robust project governance frameworks, standardizing project planning, reporting, risk management, and performance tracking to ensure transparency, accountability, and consistent delivery across all regions.
  • Champion cross-functional collaboration by partnering closely with engineering, procurement, finance, real estate, and operations teams to ensure seamless project integration from concept through commissioning and final handover.
  • Strengthen organizational capability by mentoring and developing future project leaders, embedding global best practices, lessons learned, and continuous improvement across the project management community.
  • Drive innovation and operational excellence in industrial construction, leveraging digital tools, modular design approaches, and lean construction methodologies to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance project outcomes.

What You Bring

  • Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
  • 10+ years of experience leading large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects, with a proven track record delivering facilities exceeding $100M in CAPEX.
  • Strong expertise in CAPEX planning, cost control, contract administration, and claims management, with the ability to effectively engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • High proficiency with project management and digital construction tools, including MS Project, BIM platforms, and project reporting systems.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills; additional languages such as German, French, or Spanish are a plus. Experience working with international teams and willingness to travel occasionally.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
