About the Role
- Be responsible for the preparation of tender documents, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with Siemens Energy standards and guidelines
- Align solution and execution concepts for complex non-standard or new solutions with experts and in bid involved parties
- Take ownership in offer preparation for technical and commercially viable bids while identifying and mitigating later project risks.
- Understand the ever-renewing digital portfolio and how to combine its elements for viable customer solutions in international energy business
- Develop and maintain cost calculations and concepts for new or complex digital solutions
- Develop strong relationships with internal partners, suppliers, and regional teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer happiness
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities related to Omnivise digital portfolio
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent in a related field
- Experience in a tender or engineering organization, with a focus on control-, Scada-systems and/or digital solutions
- Good understanding of Energy production, solutions, and industry standards
- Good understanding of Scada systems and related interfacing and network topologies (e.g. IEC 60870-5-104)
- Good understanding of concepts for software as a service (SaaS) and cyber security
- Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn and improve
- Good strategic thinking, negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of tendering processes, contract management and project execution
- English language skills.
