A Snapshot of Your Day
Coordinating and managing engineering changes, ensuring accurate and timely documentation, leading ECM cases to drive the implementation and effectiveness of engineering change processes, and aligning with global/local functions and suppliers to implement Engineering Change Orders (ECO). You also report weekly key performance indicators and provide a weekly overview of request changes, support various tasks within engineering and project management teams, assure accurate documentation is shared with suppliers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and manage project life cycles.
How You’ll Make an Impact
• Coordinate and manage engineering changes, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
• Lead ECM cases, driving the implementation and effectiveness of engineering change processes.
• Report weekly key performance indicators and provide a weekly overview of request changes.
• Aligning between global/local functions and supplier to implement Engineering Change Orders (ECO).
• Support various tasks within the engineering and project management teams.
• Assure accurate documentation are shared with the Supplier
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and manage project life cycles.
What You Bring
• > 5 years of experience as a production group, quality engineer in wind.
• The right candidate must have a motivating and a “can do” approach and have good team skills.
• A background as document management or engineer will be highly rated.

• Quality Management Methods
• Good communication skills.
• Fluent in both speaking and writing for English.
