- Develop and implement global commodity strategies for construction services, technical building equipment (TBE), and engineering services aligned with business and real estate objectives.
- Define and execute category roadmaps including cost optimization, risk management, sustainability, innovation, and long-term supply security.
- Lead complex (electronic) tenders and conduct contract, price, and claim negotiations through to contract conclusion, including framework agreements.
- Conduct structured market, cost, and supplier analyses to identify best-in-class partners and ensure competitive advantage worldwide.
- Establish and drive strategic supplier relationship management (SRM), including supplier segmentation, performance management, and development programs.
- Ensure governance, standardization, and continuous improvement of procurement processes, leveraging digital tools and global synergies.
- Degree in architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering with a focus on construction, or a commercial education with a technical construction background.
- Several years of experience in project management or procurement of goods and services in the construction industry or real estate-related areas.
- Strong negotiation skills, goal orientation, and proactive actions.
- Knowledge in project management specific to procurement as well as contract law and MS Office.
- Fluent in German and English
