About the Role
- For assigned global customers, monitor and analyze financial Sales KPIs, identify deviations, and proactively drive corrective actions
- Identify, manage and mitigate commercial topics of global frame agreements, including but not limited to legal aspects, currency, financial securities, terms of payment, insurances, export control, and compliance
- Participate in negotiations of commercial and legal customer terms & conditions, ensuring compliance with guidelines and approvals
- Actively drive relationship management with customers as well as internal and external partners and actively seek opportunities outside your comfort zone for example by prototyping and co-creation of business models
- University degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Business Administration, Business Law or a related field.
- 5 years or more of professional experience and skills in commercial bid / sales and / or commercial project management
- Ability to connect and integrate perspectives in a cross-functional and cross-organizational structure at all levels; comfortable working with virtual international teams
- Hands-on attitude to successfully manage the full scope of financial and commercial activities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present results to management.
