About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to manage the end-to-end sales order process. This role ensures accurate and timely order entry, invoicing, schedule follow-up, and cost control, supporting efficient order execution from initiation through collection.
- Receive and process incoming orders, support with shipping and customs paperwork, goods receipt postings
- Compile costs and expenses to generate customer invoices specific to parts delivery and completed services as well as uploading invoices and paperwork onto customer portals.
- Support Credit and collections with Accounts Receivable as needed
- Ensuring that key financial systems are accurate and adequately maintained
- Ensuring conformity and compliance to and with all statutory requirements.
- Close coordination with customer, factories, and project management throughout the execution of the contract
- Identification of process automation, continuous improvement opportunities and innovative solutions.
- 3+ years of experience within Business Administration or other related fields
- BS/BA in Business Administration Management or related area required, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of ERP systems, SAP preferred.
- Service sector experience a plus
- A high sense of urgency, ability to multi-task and handle challenging deadlines
