About the Role
- Implement the Zero Harm Program to cultivate a positive EHS culture across the organization.
- Drive the achievement of EHS roadmaps and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Minimize environmental impact through comprehensive control measures.
- Provide guidance and mentorship on safety practices to staff and management.
- Lead site risk assessments and support teams in identifying and mitigating EHS risks.
- Develop and manage EHS training programs and performance monitoring.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science.
- 5–7 years of EHS experience in power plant outages or oil & gas.
- NEBOSH IGC certification; NEBOSH Diploma or ASP/CSP certifications are advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of local EHS legislation, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in dynamic environments and willingness to travel up to 40% nationally and internationally.
