We are looking for an Intern to join our Joint Operations Centre in the UK Service team for a 12 month fixed term, reporting into the Head of Operational Planning and Coordination.
This will be an exciting and varied role where every day will pose an interesting challenge providing support to our UK Offshore Windfarms.
Some of the tasks you can expect to be involved in include:
Take responsibility and ownership for activities such as coordination of technician training and competence
Prepare purchase orders, liaising with procurement, commercial teams and site management
Own invoice management on behalf of the UK Service Offshore area
Assist windfarms currently under construction with document control
Assist in the production and publication of accurate site reports for both internal and external customers
Assist in standardising working practices of the team based on best practice and lessons learned
