What we’re looking for:
We’re seeking a proactive, adaptable professional with strong communication skills and a passion for supporting others. In this key role, you’ll be the go-to person for essential services—enhancing employee experience and ensuring smooth, efficient operations every day.
What you will do
Office Supplies & Stationery: Monitor and manage inventories of office supplies and consumables, including procurement, stock levels, and storage in coordination with warehouse or admin stores.
Visitor Management: Facilitate external visits by coordinating meeting logistics, access requirements, and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for guests.
General Administrative Support: Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
Housekeeping Oversight: Manage housekeeping operations in coordination with service vendors, maintain cleanliness standards across all facilities, and ensure cleaning schedules, supply inventories, and replenishments are properly tracked.
Transportation Services: Coordinate the company’s transportation services, including booking and scheduling, and act as the main point of contact for transport-related needs.
Driver Coordination: Oversee daily driver assignments, schedules, and ensure efficient route planning and availability based on operational requirements.
Travel Support: Arrange and coordinate employee travel requirements, including transportation, accommodation, and other logistics for business-related travel..
Who you are
2:3 years of experience in an administrative role with supervisory responsibilities over a team, preferably in an industrial setting.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with admin operations is a must.
Knowledge of fleet management is a plus.
