Job Summary:
We’re on the hunt for a proactive, people-focused Office Manager who will be the heartbeat of our workplace. In this role, you’ll balance day-to-day office operations with culture-building initiatives that make our team feel connected, valued, and inspired. From organizing unforgettable employee experiences to ensuring our office runs like clockwork, you’ll be the go-to person who keeps things moving and morale high. Key Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Develop and execute creative engagement programs to provide a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Develop and execute employee events, wellness programs, and team-building programs.
- Live our core values through all activities, building a strong and resilient culture.
Travel Support
- Coordinate and arrange travel needs for staff, transportation, lodging, and business trip arrangements.
Visitor Management
- Coordinate and coordinate visitor logistics to create a professional and inviting environment for visitors.
General Administrative Support
- Oversee a variety of administrative tasks in order to maintain smooth and efficient office operations.
Transportation Services
- Coordinate employee transportation process and scheduling, with transport-related issues being the first point of contact.
Housekeeping Supervision
- Coordinate housekeeping services, maintain cleanliness standards, and restock and replenish supplies.
Office Supplies & Stationery
- Coordinate supplies of supplies (from coffee to stationery), order new supplies, and maintain stock levels.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Proven Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in an employee engagement and administrative coordination,
- Event Management Expertise: Demonstrated success in planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events, including logistical coordination, budget management, and vendor liaison.
- Vendor Management Skills: Experience in sourcing, negotiating with, and managing external vendors for services such as branding, transportation, housekeeping, and office supplies.
- Organizational Prowess: Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with all levels of staff, visitors, and external partners.
- Problem-Solving & Proactiveness: A proactive approach to identifying and resolving administrative challenges efficiently.
