Shift EV is a fast growing electric vehicle technology company, based in Cairo, Egypt. Our vision is to accelerate the adoption of electric vehicles in Egypt and the region by developing state-of-the-art electric drivetrain solutions. You will work with world-class technology veterans from MIT, Intel, Maersk and General Motors to build a venture with transformative potential.
YOU’LL WORK ON:
Identifying new market segments, and potential clients, clearly defining their needs and pain points to customize their winning product / offer. You will be responsible for growing our pipeline and shortening its overall timeline. You will also be expected to close a target number of corporate deals with fleet owners to transform their fleets into electric vehicles.
YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Sales Cycle and Pipeline
Achieve quarterly sales targets for all stages of the sales cycle.
Own sales for several market segments of our products through our the whole cycle
Clearly Identify and qualify customer leads with qualitative analysis as well as a deep understanding of decision making dynamics and customer motivations.
Close strong deals with all needed legal and financial documents to ensure smooth flow of execution.
Work with the product operations function on piloting existing products in new markets.
Work closely with the product management function on customer discovery for new products and on prioritizing new opportunities.
YOU ARE:
An experienced corporate sales and business development professional with 3-5 years of experience.
An enthusiastic, people person who thrives on building new client relationships and building successful collaborations.
A smart, engaged person who is able to influence people and drive them towards areas of mutual success.
A flexible person who can easily accommodate to different situations and deal with people from different backgrounds and seniority.
Numbers oriented person who is able to quickly identify opportunity through quantitative analysis.
An honest, loyal and self motivated individual.
You have a lot of grit and agility to work with ambiguity and uncertainty.
Deeply knowledgeable about fleets, and fascinated by the ongoing disruption in the logistics world.
