ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Senior indirect procurement specialist , you will join the Supply chain team on Ensuring that the indirect Requirements will be fulfilled and sourcing activities for the new indirect items will be done smoothly, you will:

• Conducting a market survey periodically to get the best prices and evaluate the performance of suppliers.

• Updating & Maintaining a list of approved suppliers and nominating new suppliers.

• Negotiate with suppliers to get the best price and best quality.

• Receiving purchase Requisitions from different departments.

• Prepares a quotation and quotes from suppliers to decide on the best

• Execution of delivery orders until the delivery is complete.

• Properly record and save suppliers and purchase order data and orders on the system

• Ensure that purchase orders are provided in the right place, in the required quantity, in the right quality, and on time.

• Prepare and approve procurement orders from the direct manager.

• Compare between the Bids and Choose with the Requested Department the best offer

YOU HAVE:

• Experience in Purchasing indirect items ( CAPEX,OPEX,IT,Administrative…etc)

• Excellent Negotiation Skills and Sourcing Strategies.

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise work.

• Strong organisational and planning skills.

• Excellent verbal communication skills and good writing skills, with the ability to adapt to various situations and audiences as needed.

• Experience using EPR Systems ( SAP Is Preferred )

• Knowing the Procurement Cycle.

YOU MUST:

• Have more than 2 years experience in indirect procurement.

• Bachelor's Degree for Business Administration , Supply chain management or Logistics

• Take ownership and have a strong sense of integrity in your work.

• Love to change the status quo and work well in high-pressure situations.

• Be strategic and proactive.

• Be self-aware, flexible, and open-minded.

• Combine a mix of analytical thinking, hands-on problem-solving, and a customer-service mindset.
