o Drive Master Production Planning (MPP) in the Site (Demand plan analysis , Forecast workload, Capacity, Production Output & Give Input to Supplier Forecast...).
o Lead master production Scheduler ( MPS ) to check production performance and facilitate any issues to maximize the production output.
o Developing production schedules and Monitoring production processes efficiency.
o Work patterns analysis according to load Vs Capacity Study
o Organize the downstream flows from the Manufacturing Plant and improve Manufacturing SC Performance.
o Anticipate manufacturing supply risks in advance & quickly re-act in collaboration with Supply & Inventory Planner & Upstream Planning Leader.
o Manage changes to production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met.
o Completing status and performance reports and submitting them to management in a timely manner.

• Bachelor Degree of Engineering or equivalent
• 2 to 4 years experience in SC Planning
• SAP knowledge is a plus
