Your Mission

The HSE REP leader is accountable for designing and implementing HSE strategies and programs covering both the hierarchical & functional scope of the regional engineering platform ( REP )

Your Role – Magic happens when you bring great people together!

1. Define and deploy REP HSE strategy .

2. Design transformation programs to foster safety & environment culture and continuous improvement in all three REP's .

3. Develop a culture of reporting accidents and near misses, follow up investigations and assist in the creation of action plans to prevent re-occurrence.

4. Global KPIs tracking and targets definition for the REP scope, analyze and propose actions for improvement.

5. Drive global contractors’ safety management program, for REP Operations.

7. Develop and deploy Global HSE policies and directives applying to the REP's Operations activities.

8. Global single point of contact for REP

9. Quarterly report, providing executive summary, for REP HSE Management system.

10. Strength and develop HSE specialized community with technical competency to manage HSE aspects in REP'S (mainly in electrical safety).

11. Establish global governance to manage REP HSE community.

12. Tracking REP site compliance with all SE strategies, policies, and directives.

13. Develop safety plans for all high-risk projects.

About You

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

Experience:

· 5-10 Years experience in Safety, preferably in projects and field services type of activities.

· NEBOSH Certified

· High level of expertise in electrical safety.

· Previous experience in Project Management and People Management

· Health Safety and Environmental Risks Evaluation

Skills:

· Clear and effective communication skills.

· High level of expertise in electrical safety.

· Ability to work in a collaborative environment.

· Confident and assertive with self-motivated approach and flexible attitude.

· Change Management & Implementation Methodology.

What else do you need to know?

Hierarchical: approx 400 HC covering Three REP's in Egypt, India, Slovakia

The job required 50% travel across Egypt, India , Slovakia any other counties if needed in accordance with REP projects
