Your Mission
As Manager of System integration & Automation team:
· Manage a complete department of a country / zone customer project center focused on a System integration & Automation technical domain. Include responsibility of successful organization set-up, covering the full projects portfolio lifecycle (design, integration, testing, FAT, installation, commissioning, warranty...).
· Lead the System integration & Automation function in REP-Cairo to support properly on time and with the right quality: GACs, RACs, HUBs & DPACs
· Responsible for the customer projects performance in their technical area of responsibility, focused on improving profitability and customer satisfaction of customer projects.
· Lead a technical team composed of "customer project technical Leaders" (i.e. DPT5-DPT6), and ensure right response level to all projects stakeholders;
· Make sure technical team are at the right competency level to answer to customer requirements and projects stakeholders.
· Ensure the right workload balance in his/her team for optimum absorption of cost.
· Ensure the right link and collaboration with business to help to secure future pipeline.
· Ensure that adequate solutions are defined and implemented to fulfil customer requirements in terms of technical performance, quality, costs, and time, as well as being in compliance with the CPP Process and contractual T&C's.
· Develop collaboration between all project technical stakeholders, including but not limited to: System Integration & Telecom (SIT), Regional Application Centers, Global Expertise centers, LoB experts, Solution architects.
· As Technical Solutions leader, assist management in elaborating short- and medium-term strategies, to better position our reference architectures, and EcoStruxure value propositions.

- Manage hierarchically multicultural Design & Engineering teams towards successful execution.
- Project technical portfolio management. Ensure technical architecture and design developed are aligned with Customer specifications and ensure smooth customer approval on basic and detailed design of integrated solutions. In line with the contract (technical, time & performance requirements) and leveraging Schneider Electric portfolio of products and systems, maximize project profitability and manage technical risk.
- Lead or facilitate technical discussion and clarification with the customer.
- Ensure the right strategy in terms of people, resources, structure, process, decision, and rewards for business success
- Drive continuous improvement (3S Audits, Lessons Learned, Knowledge sharing, Innovations), drive design & engineering improvement initiatives (reference designs, architectures)
- Act as a Leader, Inspiring and coaching others. Develop talents. Structure, build and recruit team members, optimizing resources to drive performance management with a Talent strategy for critical roles.
- Promote lessons learned and best practices sharing.
- Governance. Ensure Full compliance with Schneider-Electric processes, practices, quality instructions, safety requirements and principles.
Qualifications
About You
Education: bachelor’s degree in engineering. A master’s degree is a plus.
Language requirements:
- Fluent in English
- French language will be valuable.
Experience:
· 15 years leading technical projects and technical teams for medium size national & international Customer projects in System integration & Automation domain.
· Having faced several difficult /complex project execution challenges as a Engineering manager, and having mobilized teams to overcome a critical situation
Skills requirements
· In-depth knowledge of Customer project business in term of Architecture, Design, Engineering and Process
· Strong team builder. Collaborative environment enhancement, leverage diversity
· Ability to drive a high performance culture with a strong technical focus.
· Strong knowledge on Risks & Opportunity management
· Lead with agility, being a role model facing stressful issues, and handling properly priorities
· Ability to think out of the box and take decisions in complex and risky context
