Your Mission

The Training Coordinator is a key role within the Field Service Academy team that ensure worldwide high level technical training delivery to perform safe services at Customer sites and ensure Field Services execution certifications and qualifications.

Activities will center on arrangement services training to FS population in MEA (Field Services Representatives, Certified Services Partners, Certified sub contractors, Customers …) for Secure Power/Power Service/Cooling business.

Your Role – Magic happens when you bring great people together!

  • Collaborate with MEA Field Service Operation management team to identify training needs,
  • Define & build training calendar according to needs & business priority : Remote and In-Class sessions (blended approach)
  • Scheduling of resources (trainers, virtual studios, training rooms with appropriate equipment’s)
  • Optimize scheduling of training sessions and balance sessions between urgencies (business priority) and planned trainings.
  • Initiation of training calendar in FS training global booking portal (TCM).
  • Ensure training learning path compliance
  • Provide training portal support to MEA Services Managers and trainers
  • Management of all notifications to the participants (rescheduling, confirmations, etc.)
  • Training waiting list follow up and prioritization
  • Place orders for spare parts, material, logistic and subcontracting when needed according to Schneider process
  • Taking responsibility to ensure the annual charge back is complete for all countries in MEA on a monthly / quarterly basis.
  • Submit and maintain proper training records, activities and other required reports and forms.
  • Close collaboration with regional FS training centers (Europe, APAC, SAM): regular review meetings related to global training portal and online training catalogue updates
  • Prioritize numerous competing tasks; continuously monitoring the progress of work whilst communicating any delays to the relevant people.
  • Identify and maintain relationship with all support
  • Develop proper relations with relevant departments through constructive dialogue.

Qualifications

About You

  • Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • 0-1 years’ experience
  • Strong communication skills both oral and written
  • Work cross-functionally and manage day to day activities
  • Effectively manage a significant workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess the necessary skills to negotiate issues with peers, partners, and clients using a Win/Win philosophy
  • Align strategy and enables results through others
  • Demonstrates leadership ability through direct or cross functional team
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to influence others
  • Very high customer focus and relationship.
  • Proficient computer skills with Microsoft office applications
  • CRM experience is preferred
  • English spoken and written fluent is required
  • Personal qualities such as: self-driven, autonomous,, perseverance, reliable, direct, curious and creative expected.
