  • Oversee all human resources operations, programs and initiatives are effective, efficient, and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals.


  • Develop HR strategies, policies, and practices.
  • Understand business context and implications, anticipate, and set priorities.
  • Adapt global strategy to local context and translate strategy into clear execution.
  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
  • Actively participate in annual budget planning and labor forecasting process with business managers.
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR matters.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Develop or assisting in developing a future-proof compensation and benefits strategy
  • Implement reward and recognition interventions to increase bottom-line results and employee engagement
  • Provide suggestion for culture-related initiatives, such as cultural transformation

Implement HRM interventions on employee wellness, diversity and inclusion, and talent management


Job Requirements:

Educational level:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field

Professional experience :

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in general HR Business Partner role

Skills And Knowledge:

  • Acknowledged and proven leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain good relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Experience in Algerian labor law & employee relations
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Advanced English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to set up and track relevant metrics and KPIs and use them to drive business results

Ability to read and interpret dashboards and reports containing complex data
