Why this role matters
This role is responsible for supervising civil construction activities on Sidi Bouzid Site and ensuring that works are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications, quality requirements, and construction schedules. Working closely with contractors and project teams, you will contribute to delivering high-quality renewable energy infrastructure while supporting project progress and operational excellence.
What you'll be doing
In this role, you will:
- Supervise daily civil construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, approved procedures, and quality requirements.
- Monitor contractor performance, productivity, workmanship, and adherence to project schedules.
- Review and follow up on work method statements, inspection requests, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate inspections and support quality verification activities together with QA/QC teams.
- Monitor construction progress and identify potential risks, delays, or deviations from project plans.
- Verify completed quantities and support progress measurement and reporting activities.
- Ensure that construction works are carried out in accordance with HSE requirements and promote a strong safety culture on site.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, HSSE, Supply Chain, and contractor teams to resolve technical or execution issues.
- Support punch-list management and follow-up of corrective actions to ensure timely closure.
- Prepare site reports and provide regular updates on construction progress, challenges, and mitigation measures.
Your work will directly contribute to delivering construction activities safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.

What you'll bring
Experience and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- 3- 5 years of experience supervising civil construction works on infrastructure, power, industrial, EPC, or renewable energy projects.
- Experience working with contractors and site-based construction teams.
- Good understanding of construction quality requirements, inspection processes, and project documentation.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and construction reporting processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent in English. French and Arabic are highly desirable.
