Why this role matters

As the Programme Manager you will support the continued development and delivery of Scatec’s digital transformation portfolio.

This role combines responsibilities across transformation programme delivery, value realisation, portfolio operations, governance, reporting, and digital delivery discipline. The successful candidates will help ensure that digital initiatives are well-prioritised, effectively governed, transparently reported, and focused on delivering measurable business value.

The role is suited to candidates who can operate across business and technology environments, engage senior stakeholders, structure complex work, and bring discipline to programme execution while keeping focus on outcomes, adoption, and value.

What you'll be doing

• Drive priority transformation initiatives from mobilisation through execution, adoption, and benefits realisation, ensuring they are appropriately scoped, structured, resourced, and aligned with business priorities and intended outcomes
• Drive programme delivery performance across transformation workstreams and the digital portfolio, coordinating business owners, stream leads, project managers, vendors, delivery teams, and subject matter experts to maintain progress against agreed milestones and outcomes
• Drive programme discipline and governance by ensuring initiatives follow agreed lifecycle controls, delivery standards, documentation requirements, decision gates, reporting routines, and Super Sprint governance processes
• Actively manage programme milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions, resource constraints, execution bottlenecks, and decisions, escalating concerns early and driving practical resolution actions
• Drive value realisation across the programme by ensuring benefits are clearly defined, measurable, owned, and tracked against approved business cases, adoption targets, operational impacts, and expected business outcomes
• Lead or support Tech Hub and portfolio intake activities, including demand clarification, classification, prioritisation, routing, ownership confirmation, capacity assessment, and alignment with portfolio priorities and available delivery resources
• Maintain and improve portfolio systems, dashboards, reporting packs, and performance views, providing accurate and timely visibility of delivery performance, financials, capacity, risks, benefits, dependencies, and strategic progress
• Build trusted relationships across business and technology teams, provide structured challenge and support to delivery leads and project managers, and prepare clear leadership updates, decision papers, options, trade-offs, and recommendations for governance forums

What you'll bring

Experience and qualifications

• Degree in Digital, IT, Business or related field
• Relevant Certifications in Prince2, AgilePM or Scrum Master
• 5+ years’ experience managing digital or cross-functional IT projects & programmes
• Solid experience in programme management, portfolio management, transformation delivery, PMO leadership, or digital delivery roles
• Strong understanding of programme governance, project delivery discipline, risk management, dependency management, and stakeholder reporting
• Experience supporting or leading digital transformation, process improvement, business change, or technology-enabled initiatives
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and translate complex delivery information into clear decisions and actions
• Experience with portfolio dashboards, reporting tools, project management systems, or data-driven performance management
