Main purpose of position

Currently we are looking for a Security Guard in Sidi Bouzid, Tunisia to be part of our global team working together towards our vision – Improving our future. As our Security Guard your goal will be protecting our people, assets and infrastructure.

Main responsibilities

• Conduct detailed, vigilant patrols of designated routes and zones set out by the Security officer.
• Be fully conversant with security state at the start of your shift
• Attend briefs at the start and end of any shift with the security officer.
• Report any security incident/emergency or potential threat immediately to the security officer.
• To act professionally and courteously at all times.
• Understand the threat and security situation at all times.
• Check all ID, cards and personal protection equipment is carried.
• Ensure visitors, contractors and employees details are signed in/out in the relevant book.
• To remain on post until relieved.
• To be fit for work at all times with the correct uniform.
• Comply with all security protocols and procedures as directed by the security officer.
• Control the access of people and vehicles into the Site.
• Complete the Vehicle Access Log as well as collecting the details of those authorized to enter the plant.
• Comply with any future changes to the security process and procedures.
• Be prepared at all times to conduct people and vehicle searches
• Maintain communications with the control room at all times
• Assist in any emergency or alarms.

Minimum Requirements

• Age: 21–35 years
• Health Status: Physically fit and able to work in the field
• Competency: Completion of any basic training
• Education: High school diploma (completed)
• Driver’s License: Full/valid
• Criminal Record: No criminal convictions
