Main purpose of position

Currently we are looking for a Security Supervisor in Sidi Bouzid, Tunisia to be part of our global team working together towards our vision – Improving our future. As our Security Supervisor your goal will be protecting our people, assets and infrastructure.

Main responsibilities

• Manage all patrols
• Attend briefs at the start and end of any shift with the security guard.
• Distribute security guard to all gates
• Design and manage all route plans
• Coordinate all brakes and rotations
• To act professionally and courteously at all times.
• Understand the threat and security situation at all times.
• Complete all necessary incident reports
• Act as a security presence during all VIP visits.
• Manage any issues that arise on any gate and Patrol.
• Coordinate any vehicle or personal checks that take place.
• Maintain contact with all Security personnel at all times.
• To remain on post until relieved.
• To be fit for work at all times with the correct uniform.
• Ensure the ID is being checked and utilized.
• Maintain contact with the Security Manager and control room at all times.
• Ensure all dress code is adhered to at the beginning of each shift.
• Comply with any future changes to the security process and procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• Age: 30 – 50 years
• Health Status: Physical fit and able to work in the field.
• Competency: Completion of any basic training
• Education: High school diploma (completed)
• Driver’s License: Full/valid
• Criminal Record: No criminal convictions
